Aside from their daily professions, a studious group from our Denver office is working together to earn their Associate in Claims (AIC) degree. The group meets twice per week to study for the program, said Mark Shrode, Claims Examiner. Mark was especially grateful to Program’s Carol Hannon for securing a dedicated study room at the office for the group.

After 43 years with the company, Linda Huffman, a valued member of our Salem-based Operations team, will retire on March 31. Linda will be missed by many as she retires from her role as manager of the @vantage Rating and Clerical Units, Customer Service and Salem Facilities teams.

Once again, our Canton office gave back to children in the Boston area this holiday season by participating in the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. With the help of two neighboring companies in their building, the team contributed 240 toys in total this December – that’s 40 more than last year!
