Now Available: 2024 Charitable Trust Annual Report

Our 2024 Charitable Trust Annual Report is now available online, offering a look at the Trust’s sponsorships that helped strengthen our community’s spirit of giving and compassion throughout 2024.

At Intact, we value being socially responsible. Through the Trust, we’re proud to support the generosity of our employees and producers — whether through volunteering, leadership, or philanthropic efforts. The Trust additionally advances education through a matching gift program and college scholarships. Also, through our Community Engagement Program, our local teams build meaningful partnerships with nonprofits advancing economic resiliency in their communities.

We invite you to explore the full report to learn more about how the Trust and our Intact community made an impact in 2024.

Packing Hope

Recently, several of our Connecticut-based teammates dedicated an afternoon to volunteering with Connecticut Foodshare. Together they inspected, sorted, and packed 5,170 pounds of non-perishable food, which will be distributed to food pantries, meal services, and mobile sites across the state.

As the sole food bank in Connecticut, Foodshare plays a vital role in fighting hunger and fostering a thriving, food-secure community. We are proud to support their mission and contribute to making a meaningful difference.

Warm Times on a Chilly Day

Chilly temperatures and cool vibes were in store for our Boston teammates’ volunteering at United South End Settlements during school vacation week. To honor Black History Month, the kids explored the history of black music, including listening to iconic hits and activities uplifting these artists. Several volunteers helped the younger children make their own microphones, while others supported drawing self-portraits. The morning wrapped up with “free play” with their Intact visitors joining in the fun. We look forward to our next date volunteering at our Community Engagement partner USES!

Striking Up Camaraderie

Recently, our Denver Community Engagement team hit the lanes with their nonprofit partner, Special Olympics Colorado, sparing time to build camaraderie. Athletes from across the state joined forces to showcase their skills and celebrate the power of sport.

At SOCO, they are committed to fostering a vibrant community where every athlete is valued and included. Intact’s Dana Rodock shared, “The SOCO athletes and families are a caring and welcoming community; this truly didn’t feel like volunteering – just a great day spent with friends.” We’re grateful for the chance to support their incredible mission!

Two Generations, One Mission

Jeremiah Program, one of our community engagement nonprofit partners, recently hosted their annual Bash in the Twin Cities! Joined by 500 enthusiastic attendees from the community, our local teammates came together to celebrate and amplify the mission of this transformative organization.

Jeremiah Program is on a powerful journey to help break the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time. We’re honored to stand beside them in creating lasting change and brighter futures!
