Aside from their daily professions, a studious group from our Denver office is working together to earn their Associate in Claims (AIC) degree. The group meets twice per week to study for the program, said Mark Shrode, Claims Examiner. Mark was especially grateful to Program’s Carol Hannon for securing a dedicated study room at the office for the group.

Developed by the Insurance Institute of America, the AIC is a nationally recognized program that educates students on the handling of claims, including determination of coverage, liability, and damages in workers compensation, property and liability claims, human relations, and bad faith issues.
