OneBeacon Technology’s SVP Chief Underwriting Officer Mary Fisk-Bieker recently earned an outstanding recognition from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC). Mary was honored with a significant certificate for earning her CIC designation and maintaining all update requirements for over 20 years – which places her in the top one percent of all insurance professionals in the country!

If you have a high-school senior at home, don’t forget to take advantage of our scholarship program funded by the Charitable Trust! Simply download the application and brochure for further details. Applications, including a complete transcript, must be submitted by April 15, 2015.
Final decisions will be announced in early June, with eight $2,000 scholarships awarded to children of our employees and another eight to children of our producers.

Volunteering is a selfless act, and when it involves a life-threatening medical condition affecting kids, it’s a particularly inspirational commitment. This describes Steve Mueller of our Accident group, who’s volunteered with the Boomer Esiason Foundation (BEF) for years and serves on its Board of Directors.
