Marty, sitting in our San Francisco office, will take on the role of Business Development Director, focusing on opportunities in the Western region of the U.S. Phil, currently a member of our Entertainment business, will be stepping up to the role of Business Development Specialist. They will both be reporting to Kevin Gallagher, our Senior Vice President of Business Development and Capital Development.
