A group from the Plymouth office attended the Minnesota Twins game last Sunday. OneBeacon employees, including their families and friends, cheered on the Twins who overcame a rough start to defeat the Toronto Blue Jays in a cross-border battle with a final score of 13-7. (Our friends north of the border can still feel good that the two teams split the four-game series.) The Twins’ offense included contributions from Eddie Rosario, with two home runs, and Joe Mauer, who hit a grand slam!
Although the temperature at opening pitch was a bit cool, it was a clear day that turned into a spectacular September afternoon—perfect for watching a ballgame. The festivities also continued after the game was over as children were invited to run the bases for Kids Day.
