We are pleased to announce a new video series entitled, “Meet the Business.” These recorded presentations, led by one of our business leaders, provide an in-depth overview of our business segments, coverages, appetites and more.

Our first presentation, hosted by Devin Claypool from OneBeacon Environmental, is now posted on the intranet (Our Community>Newsroom>Multimedia Library)!

Throughout the week of October 3-7, our Salem Operations team celebrated Customer Service week, which centered around the theme of “Service Champions.” To be a Service Champion each individual was encouraged to lead by example, achieve success and exceed expectations. The week’s events included team building activities and a presentation on Service Champions that focused on what it meant to be a true Champion to our customers. During the week employees were treated to a special luncheon and treats ending with ice cream, courtesy of Salem Ice Cream Parlor.

Our Salem Operations team kicked off the Labor Day weekend by celebrating Employee Appreciation Day on Friday, September 2 with a Mexican Fiesta. Employees enjoyed a buffet of Mexican cuisine while interacting with their peers in a friendly environment. Everyone had a fun-filled time, especially when participating in the breaking of the pinatas.
