Recently, our Government Risks group attended the 23rd annual Colorado Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA) Conference in Vail, Colorado. The conference kicked off on Sunday with an opening reception and golf tournament, followed by educational opportunities and keynote speaking presentations on Monday and Tuesday.
Monday’s speakers included OBGR’s Dennis Molenaar, vice president of education, who presented on the topic of negligence. With his colleagues in attendance, Molenaar discussed ways to reduce exposure to negligence and taught the importance of proper documentation before facing a claim.
