We recently welcomed four students to our pilot Apprenticeship Program based in our Farmington, CT office. Ruby Sharma Dhital and Olesia Mykhailenko are now members of our IT team working with Chris Arnold, and Angelica Cornejal and Victoria Holcomb have joined our Operations team working with Lia Karpicki. The students attend Connecticut Community College and will work full-time this summer and 15-20 hours each week during the 2024-2025 academic year.
Our goal is to introduce them to careers in our industry through on-site job training/skill-building. Additionally, we will provide financial support for our apprentices to pursue education and fulfill graduation requirements, laying a pathway to full-time, post-graduation roles reflecting their in-house foundation. We look forward to potentially expanding this apprenticeship program based on our Farmington experience!
