Join us in congratulating Jennifer Morales, who has been cited as the “Best Person for the Job” by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
Jennifer is based in Lake Mary, Florida and joined our Surety team in August this year as a Commercial Underwriting Consultant. She has more than 20 years of underwriting experience in the insurance industry – working at GEICO, Hartford and most recently, CNA.
NAWIC featured her in a blog where she talks about her path to the insurance and the construction industries, and what led to her professional and personal development. Jennifer also applauds the efforts being taken at Intact and NAWIC that are driving and promoting women in the workforce. She hopes that more women explore opportunities to enter, grow and lead within the construction industry.
