Welcome to Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month! First observed in 1977 as ten-day commemoration, it was extended to the full month in May 1990. Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month is a time to celebrate the contributions and influence of this community on American history, society, and culture. The 2021 theme is “Advancing Leaders Through Purpose-Driven Service.”
