As part of our RSA acquisition, we look forward to welcoming RSA employees to the Intact family. We want to help them get to know us better – who we are as an organization, our history, values and what we stand for. You can help us onboard the RSA teams!
We invite you to film and submit your own welcome message to RSA employees. We’ll use these submissions to build their welcome materials and other content sharing the Intact employee experience.
Submit a video
- Keep yourself in the frame of the camera/cellphone and avoid wearing clothing with logos.
- The video can be 2-3 minutes long.
- In the video:
- Introduce yourself
- Share a short personal message such as:
- Your favorite part about working at Intact
- Your experience joining Intact from an acquisition, if applicable
- What Intact does to make you feel included and/or supported
- Activities or groups that you are a member of at Intact
- Offer a warm welcome
