Black History Month is an opportunity to showcase and honor the many important contributions of Black Canadians and African Americans to the economic prosperity and rich cultural diversity in both Canada and the United States.
This Black History Month, we are remembering the past, honoring the present and inspiring the future.
In Charles’ message on February 1, he outlined some of the initiatives we’ve undertaken in the last year to combat systemic anti-Black racism as well as our plans for celebrating Black History Month.

About Glenn
Glenn Minnis has been at Intact since 2018. Prior to joining us, Glenn worked at Markel Canada in various roles – Product Development, Line Leadership, Regional Leadership and Underwriting. He grew up in the Bahamas, graduated from Western University in London, Ontario with a business degree, and is happily married with six energetic children, aged nine months to 14 years. In his spare time, he enjoys Biblical Studies and playing touch football.
