In celebration of Customer Service week October 7th-11th, Operations kicked off a week with team building activities that were associated with the 2019 theme “The Magic of Service.” Activities included making pennants, followed by developing a meaningful fun cheer performed by each group.
The week was also celebrated with a motivational speaker/comedian/magician that entertained the Operations team with comedy, magic and customer service related to our business. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all. To round out the week, we ended with a special luncheon for the entire group.
