We are pleased to welcome Amy St.Martin to OneBeacon! Amy is our newest addition to the Human Resources team as a Senior HR Business Partner. She sits in the Canton, MA office, though you will occasionally see her on location in several of our national offices.
Amy will support IT, Corporate Services, Marketing & Communications and Dewar. Additionally, she will be supporting a number of Claims groups including: Claims Operations and Specialty P&C.
Prior to OneBeacon, Amy worked for a life sciences research laboratory in Cape Cod. As the lead HR Business Partner she supported the organization’s resident scientists and their technical and administrative teams. Before entering the HR space, Amy began her career as a business analyst.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys refining her culinary abilities in the kitchen and learning new personal and professional development skills. She also belongs to several Human Resources organizations in MA and regularly attends conferences and events that focus on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
