What better way to celebrate the Super Bowl than host a tailgate with some football favorites, a “Souper” Bowl donation drive and a zip line adventure! Our Boston office cheered on their home team by having a lunch and wearing their favorite sports team gear! They also watched Super Bowl highlights from previous years to get in the spirit!
Our Canton office kicked off their annual Souper Bowl donation drive, but with a twist this year. Canton faced off with our fellow Plymouth, MN colleagues to see which office can collect the most food items. Two boxes were placed in their kitchens—one box had a Patriots logo and the other had an Eagles logo. People were to place their canned/nonperishable food items and place them in the box of the team they thought would win the Super Bowl. All collected items are to be donated to local food pantries.
Although New England didn’t see another victory this year, both offices placed the majority of items in the Patriot’s box. Canton came out on top and was the winner of this Souper Bowl initiative. They collected and donated hundreds of cans to the Dedham Food Pantry, while Plymouth donated their items to the Shelf of Hope in Minneapolis. Nice work!
And while all of us were getting ready to watch the big game, John Treacy and his brother did something a little different from any football tradition…
