Earlier this month, our Canton office held a Winter Warmth Drive where employees donated various winter clothing items. Much needed items included: coats, sweaters, gloves, neck warmers, scarves, hats, socks, etc. The drive ran through One Warm Coat, a national non-profit organization that works to provide a warm coat to any person in need, while all the proceeds went to Bay Cove Human Services in Boston.
Canton’s results were outstanding! They collected a total of 133 items:
- 36 winter coats
- 55 lightweight coats (fleece, sweatshirts, sweaters)
- 19 pairs of heavy socks
- 17 scarves
- 5 pairs of gloves/mittens
- 1 comforter
A job well done, Canton!
