The Big Green Pizza Truck stopped by the Farmington office recently, fully stocked and ready to make dozens of thin crust pizzas for employees who highly anticipated this annual event.
This unique dining experience features a late 1940s International Harvester KB-5 that has been completely restored and refurbished, with a “transformer” like quality. The truck itself is constructed to turn into a mobile pizza kitchen, stocked with dough, sauce and toppings. There is also room to hold enough wood to keep the pizza oven – located in the truck – hot enough to create dozens of pies. They even have a cappuccino maker, and provide gelato for dessert!
The office has enjoyed the visit from The Big Green Pizza Truck for the past several years, and it has been a great way for employees to enjoy their lunch break in a tasty and unusual way.
