Last month we congratulated Bob Maresca, who celebrated his 40th anniversary with our company in February. It’s not often that an employee accomplishes such a remarkable milestone, so we’re excited to share that, in addition to Bob, three others achieved 40-year anniversaries during the first quarter of 2014.

January Anniversaries:
Valerie Spongberg, a Senior Programmer and Analyst in IT, began her professional career by joining the company in 1974. Today she develops and supports software related to financial reporting. Valerie says a rewarding aspect of her role is “meeting the challenge of learning new technologies.”
Rosemary Stevens, an Analyst Consultant who is part of the IT Applications team. Rosemary represents the business on IT development initiatives, documents, business requirements and assists with data mapping specifications. She is also a Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for testing new systems.
February Anniversary:
Marijo Fadrigalan, Senior BIS Analyst, is responsible for ensuring quality data to support the company’s financial and reporting needs. Marijo began working at OneBeacon shortly after she immigrated to America from the Philippines with her family. According to Marijo, she’s enjoyed personal career development and growth within OneBeacon over the years, and most importantly, the people she’s worked with.
