Two weeks ago we held our first Leadership Meeting. 200 of OneBeacon’s managers attended the two day event to hear from many of OneBeacon’s Senior leaders, including CEO, Mike Miller, White Mountain’s Ray Barrette, Executive Vice Presidents Dennis Crosby and Paul Romano, as well as other members of the senior management team and several business unit leaders.
The meeting focused on OneBeacon’s journey to a Specialty company, what that means, how we got there and where we are going in the future. The event also marked the first gathering of OneBeacon leadership since we became fully Specialty, finally bringing together various new business units and colleagues who had not yet met.
If you were not able to attend the event, don’t worry! In the coming month, Mike Miller will be hosting an all-employee teleconference where you can hear his comments on many of the topics discussed at the meeting. Watch for more information on this meeting in the future.
