If you had never heard the word Zoom before last month, you’ve likely heard of nothing else lately. The word has become ubiquitous for the web conference, video chat or virtual meetup. In these uncertain times and prolonged period of social distancing, Zoom, and companies like it, are providing a lifeline.
And it’s also good for business! Utilizing the technology our company provides, like Avaya and Webex that include video components can be a great way to stay in touch with teammates and our producer partners.
The Technology team recently held a virtual meetup with their producers at Barney & Barney. Beyond business, the video conference provided some much needed social connection and was even a family event, with children joining in on the fun.
