While many of us are adjusting to working remote these days, our friend and colleague Roger Ferguson is also gearing up for an adjustment. After 44 years at OneBeacon (and legacy companies), Roger retired on March 31.
Over the past four decades Roger has worked in multiple departments and at multiple office locations across the country, but he spent the majority of his recent time working in Massachusetts in the Boston/Canton offices.
The Boston office surprised Roger last week with a virtual, Zoom retirement party.
Although not the in-office retirement party they had planned and hoped for, the team was excited to be able to have the opportunity to celebrate with him “in person” and wish him well in retirement.
